Many thanks to parents who helped on poolside, contributing to the success of this event. Results
Special thanks to Councillor Martin Hardy for presenting tonight's medals and trophies. Martin learnt to swim at the club over 30 years ago! He is a scout leader and during his time as Macclesfield's Mayor wishes to promote as many youth activities.
Also thanks to Roger Sloane who has sponsored this and previous galas by providing the mobile microphone .

MASC is a swimming club for beginners and improvers. For over 100years it has been teaching the ability to swim to the children and adults of the Borough Macclesfield. We have sessions for young and old throughout Tuesday nights and all are welcome. Please feel free to come and talk to us, see our joining information, or if you would like further details please contact us.

The club is run by volunteers who cover all the areas of teaching, helpers and administrative staff. We are always looking for more assistance, so if you are interested in devoting some or all of your Tuesday nights to the advancement of swimming we would be delighted to talk to you. The club runs training schemes for teachers and helpers, including ASA qualifications, and so no previous experience is necessary.
